Menopausal mom blog severe pre menopause symptoms

Well last Sunday was Mother’s Day, and I was a mess. What age start menopause Spring allergies were settling in, hot flashes were waiting in the wings, combine the two, add in a messy house, laundry needing done, possible company coming for dinner, plus other projects waiting on the back burner, it was a day like any other day. Except one thing I knew my daughter was camping and would be home later, I missed her, we had just had a great girl weekend, and hoped we would have a good night. We ended up having a Mother’s Day cookout at our house, with our blended families, we had some bumps in the road so to speak, but was a good night in the end. What is the menopause cycle With a full belly, I settled down for a movie with my daughter, but ugh that sinus infection, met the hot flashes, and gave me a Mother’s Day present I did not ask for. What age is menopause normal In between blowing my nose, sneezing my head off, trying not to pee when I coughed, I was cooling myself down with a cold wash cloth, and was tempted to stick my head in the freezer if that didn’t work.

Well here I am a day later, and after some serious prayers, and a trip to the pharmacy, I did discover a few new lessons, I wanted to share. At what age do women go through menopause The first one is something called a neti pot is an awesome device, I actually got a upgraded version battery operated thing.

What is the usual age for menopause You don’t want to know where it goes at all. Second one is even though God never gives us more than we can handle, that doesn’t mean we that we can handle it all by ourselves. Oh a couple of other things on the less serious side, it’s really hard to talk when when both your nostrils are clogged, but it’s kind of funny when you do. Menopause insomnia Oh last lesson, I know I don’t need to say this but it’s true don’t be afraid to try it, when coughing, sneezing, etc ladies be sure you have bladder protection, (ie: bladder pads are awesome!!!) and if you run out, you can always use your teenage daughters maxi pads…Sorry had to say it….Soggy but true…Well until next time….Stay dry….MM

Okay first off I love music, and I relate the lyrics of my life to the lyrics of a country song, or a bad soap opera. So when I told my daughter I was interested in writing about my life since turning “The Big 40” down, she suggested a blog, being new to this blogging thing, I really don’t know where to start, but this me in a nutshell.

I’m a 43 year old woman (obviously), I’ve been married for almost 8 long years, have a teenage daughter from a previous relationship in my 20’s, I share custody with her Dad. Menopause effects on hair He got remarried also, and believe it or not we all get along, it wasn’t always like that, and I was a single Mom for long while until I married my husband in 2003. Losing weight during perimenopause diet While I was in my late 20’s I was diagnosed with some strange genetic disease that causes severe loss of potassium and magnesium, the diease has many symptoms when low, some of them can be leg and arm cramps, depression, anxiety, immune system problems and so many more other symptoms. When women start menopause I also due to immune system issues ended up with some strange eye disease called “Fuchs” long name fuchs heterochromic iridocyclitis, and due to side effect Glaucoma, I have lost almost all the vision in my right eye. Perimenopause and menopause symptoms ( I do write a separate blog about my eye)

Okay lets get to the fun part before the “Big 40” I had a partial hysterectomy due to extremely large fibroid tumors, not fun, but by this time I was already having some Peri-Menopause symptoms. Menopause spotting after 6 months I have two tiny scars, and have all kinds of fun side effect due to surgery, that I will delight you with in later blogs.

Well to make a super long story short, here I am about 4 years later in full force Menopause, and all the crazyness of my weird side effects, symptoms, treatments, and other fun stuff that comes along with it, is pretty much what I’ll write about. First signs of the menopause Plus the people, things, and place I go while dealing with “The Big M”……..Whew…..I have a prety big nutshell, and if you have gotten through this post without falling asleep, go reward yourself with a snack, and I’ll do the same. Age menopause can start Come back, and visit again if you dare.
